Community, Professional and Enterprise Service

We are offering different level of service for our customers using BPMspace. BPMspace Service provides a perfect way to combine a customer's independent process modelling, prototyping or execution activities with all the BPMspace knowledge directly from its source! Service can be ordered independent of Hosting options.

Community Service (free of charge)

Questions about BPMspace can be addressed to a community platform at any time. This platform is moderated by our Service specialists and backed up by the BPMspace developers.

  • Professional Service

    We are offering professional Service with defined reply times during business hours.

    Number of Incidents unlimited
    Number of Service Requests limited (12 per year)*
    Service Desk Time 9:00 am - 05:00 pm ** (MO-FR) - 8 x 5
    Response Time (maximum) 6 hours during Service Desk Time

    Enterprise Service

    For mission-critical use of BPMspace, we are offering Service 7 days a week 24 a day.

    Number of Incidents unlimited
    Number of Service Requests unlimited
    Service Desk Time 0:00 - 24:00* - 24 x 7
    Response Time (maximum) 4 hours

    * Each Service Requests must deal with a concrete question and can not cover a more complex requirement, such as modelling a complete process. For these types of question we offer consulting services and trainings.

    UTC+2 during daylight saving time).  No Service during general holiday in germany.
